Bring useful information to the appointment
- Describe the concern: uneven wear, steering-wheel position, a pull, or a vibration. Do not preselect a repair solely from the symptom.
- Tell the shop about recent tire replacement, an impact or suspension work.
- Disclose modifications, unusual wheel sizes or a lowered/lifted suspension when booking.
- Ask what measurements or before-and-after results you will receive.
- Ask whether inspection, adjustment, any vehicle-specific calibration and tax are included or quoted separately.
